The Grand Ballroom (Capacity 200) This Ballroom has the finest and largest wooden dance floor in all of Olympia. Located on the second floor of our building, it is a perfect place for a wedding or a large family get together. This is a 2500 sq. ft. room. The stage is 2 ft. high, 10 ft. deep, 18 ft. wide. We have folding tables and chairs to seat 200. Next to the Ballroom a kitchenette with a refrigerator, utility sink, microwave oven and under the counter refrigerators for beverage storage. Rates are: Fri. and Sat.: $600 Sun.: $400 Mon. through Thurs.: $300 $500 security deposit without alcohol service and $600 with alcohol service.The Doc Becker Room (Capacity 49) Located on the third floor, walk up, this room has a spectacular view of of Budd Bay and downtown Olympia. The room is 1200 sq. & has a level wooden dance floor. It's perfect for dance lessons as one whole wall is full length mirrors. Tables and chairs are available. Rates are: Fri. and Sat.: $200 Sun.: $150 Mon. through Thurs.: $100Deposit for this room is $200 The Eagle's Underground (Capacity 175) This is our basement which has recently been expanded to about 2000 sq. ft. It is in transition and we are working with a planning team to upgrade this to a beautiful venue. It has a cement floor and a stage.Rates are: Fri. and Sat.: $200 Sun.: $150 Mon. through Thurs.: $100 Security Deposit for this room is $200 At this time our rooms are accessed by stairs and we do not have handicap access.
